The Fairview Vineyard Cheesery is renowned for its innovative and delicious range of cow's milk and goat’s milk artisanal cheeses. The cheeses are made with non-animal rennet and are certified Halaal and Kosher. The cheesery sources the bulk of its cow's milk from a leading Jersey milk dairy. The Saanen goat's milk comes from the resident herd of over 1000 goats on the Fairview farm. Fairview recently became the first Carbon Neutral Cheesery on the African continent, certified by The Carbon Protocol of South Africa.
