We're part of the Fairview family. All Cheese Club products are made by the Fairview Vineyard Cheesery or come from the surrounding farms
in Paarl. This means you get the opportunity to experience a variety of artisanal cheeses, preserves, chutneys and various other
accompaniments and condiments "fresh from the farm".
Each cheese box has been carefully created - with the help of the Fairview Cheese Master - to include a delicious selection of
complementary cheeses in a collection of different boxes to appeal to both cheese newbies and connoisseurs. We've also included
pickles, chutneys, relishes, preserves, cured meats, biltong, nuts, olives and other delicious accompaniments that pair perfectly
with the cheese in the box, along with pairing notes and recipes so you can enjoy an amazing tasting experience at home.

best produce. Our aim is to provide our customers with products that are highest quality, fresh,
seasonal, local, artisanal and sustainably produced.
It's our absolute mission to provide the highest quality products possible. We buy from the very best providers, we package to preserve the items in the best way possible and we deliver it special, thermally cooled boxes, doing our utmost to preserve the cold chain all the way. If you find that anything in your box is not 100%, please contact us right away and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
To keep your Cheese Club products at optimum temperature en route to you, they're delivered in a thermally cooled box with ice packs. You're welcome to recycle all packaging through your usual channels. If you'd like us to re-use the ice packs and re-cycle the boxes for you, please hand these to the courier the next time they deliver to you.
Yes. We use the 3D secure payment system via our payment gateway. This means that when you’re making an online card payment, we divert your browser to your bank and you key in a PIN sent to you from your bank to authorise the payment.
Yes, we accept EFT payments. Please email email@example.com to let us know what you'd like to
order and we'll email you a unique voucher code as soon as your EFT payment shows up in our bank
Orders placed in the Western Cape before 10.30am will receive their delivery the same day,
all other times and provinces will get their delivery the next day. If this does not suit you, you can choose a different day during checkout.
We deliver weekdays from 8am to 5pm to selected suburbs in South Africa only. Depending on the time of day you order and your location,
you could get your box delivered on the same day or within 72 hours. The cheese box is thermally cooled, which means that it
contains ice packs and a special lining which keeps the contents at the right temperature en route to you and for up to 8 hours
The Cheese Boxes contain ice packs and a special lining which keeps the contents at the right temperature en route to you and
for up to 8 hours after delivery. Kind of like a little "fridge". Since the box keeps your cheese cool all day on the day of
delivery you can receive it at work if you prefer and keep the box on/under your desk until you're ready to go home. The cheese
and other contents requiring refrigeration must be transferred to your fridge by the end of the day of delivery.
We use the services of a specialized courier who is able to handle refrigerated cargo and maintain the cold chain en route to you.
Delivery charges are based on the weight and number of packages as well as your location. You'll be able to see an exact delivery
charge amount when you checkout.
Currently we're delivering to selected suburbs in Western Cape, Gauteng, Kwa-Zulu Natal and Eastern Cape (South Africa only).
If you don't see your suburb email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know where you are and we'll check with our courier
to see if we can accommodate you.
Your box will be delivered between 8am and 5pm weekdays only. If you do have a constraint (like your housekeeper leaves at 3pm),
please make a note in the "Delivery Instructions" and we'll do absolutely everything we can to accommodate you
We'll make a plan. We'll try to contact you first to figure it out, but if we can't reach you we'll make an
arrangement to leave your box with a neighbour, receptionist, security guard and then let you know.
