We’re part of the Fairview family. Most of our produce are sourced from the Fairview farm and we also procure produce from other local farms in the Western Cape. This means you get the opportunity to experience a variety of cheese, meat, preserves, chutneys and various other accompaniments and condiments direct from the farm
Each cheese box has been carefully created - with the help of the Fairview Cheese Master - to include a delicious selection of complementary cheeses in a collection of different boxes to appeal to both cheese newbies and connoisseurs. We've also included pickles, chutneys, relishes, preserves, cured meats, biltong, nuts, olives and other delicious accompaniments that pair perfectly with the cheese in the box, along with pairing notes and recipes so you can enjoy an amazing tasting experience at home.
Each meat box contains a range of raw meat (beef, lamb and/or pork) in bulk which you can freeze at home and cook as you require over a period of four to six weeks. We source our meat from two amazing butcheries. Fairview farms free range beef, pork and lamb and these meats are available at the farm deli. We have created a range of meat boxes containing a selection of the incredible meat available there. We also source from another local butcher – Bill Riley Meats. Our sister company – Daily Dish – has been sourcing meat here for over seven years and we’ve had glowing feedback from customers about the quality of the meat. You’ll find a selection of meat boxes containing Bill Riley meat too.
You'll find "use by" dates on the labels. The sensitive products like cheese and cream will last 5 to 28 days (depending on the item). All meat products can be frozen.
